30x40” original oil painting of an old corner store in our neighborhood. I saw this after dropping our kid off at middle school one morning. I loved the weight of the building, and the stories it had to tell. Originally built as a commercial storefront, it has gone through many lifetimes including the neglect the city experienced through the 80’s and 90’s. 

Currently it is apartments. How many is anyone’s guess!
